We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape and elevate Manychat’s mobile experience across both iOS and Android as part of the Beyoncé Team.
In this role, you’ll report to the Product Design Manager, collaborate closely with another Product Designer, and work within a cross-functional agile product team to drive impactful design solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀
- You’ll work on mobile-first products for both iOS and Android, contributing to and evolving our mobile design system.
- You’ll co-lead the end-to-end product development process, from discovery to delivery, working closely with your Product Manager and Engineering Lead to shape priorities that drive meaningful business impact and elevate the user experience.
- You’ll take the lead on design-driven initiatives throughout the entire development cycle, ensuring stakeholders and cross-functional peers are engaged, informed, and aligned at every stage.
- You'll shape the functionality and experience of our products by collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and design peers to create intuitive, cohesive, and visually appealing solutions.
- You’ll bring and apply empathy, curiosity, and creativity to develop innovative approaches that set Manychat apart from competitors.
- You'll create clear documentation to help the entire product group understand the rationale and the state of design decisions and progress.

- Effectively diverge and converge on ideas to balance innovation with consistency, delivering high-quality, polished designs that are intuitive, thoughtful, and visually engaging. Strategically leverage native features and interactions while accounting for platform-specific constraints.
- Respect iOS and Android conventions while maintaining brand alignment.
Strategic mindset
- Shape the future vision for mobile by connecting product strategy with customer needs and insights.
- Understand the broader product ecosystem and help align experiences across teams and touchpoints.
- Define success metrics for mobile (acquisition, retention, engagement) and tailor solutions to user needs across device types.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Collaborate early with cross-functional partners to align on goals, share ownership, and navigate technical constraints.
- Clearly communicate design decisions to build confidence and drive team momentum.
- Operate effectively within sprint cycles, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution while adapting to a fast-paced team environment
WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💥
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design with 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer at a technology-driven organization with a track record of shipped products.
- A well-structured and narrated portfolio showcasing your experience, design process, and data-informed outcomes.
- Strong understanding of human-centered design models and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.
- Highly skilled in Figma.
Nice to have
- Solid understanding of computational principles (e.g., data structures), automation concepts, and automation workflows.
- Experience designing easy-to-use products that simplify the workflows of complex automation processes.
