As part of the Customer Experience & Integrity (CXI) Design team (Support, Fraud, Trust & Safety, and Internal Tools), you will primarily focus on the consumer-facing fraud user experience.
You will play a crucial role in safeguarding our platform from fraudulent users while ensuring a seamless experience for our legitimate consumers. You’ll need to go wide and deep into the overall consumer journeys and develop innovative strategies and features to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, while minimizing false positives and false negatives. And you’ll do so by creating solutions that drive both customer satisfaction as well as business metrics. This role requires you to not just push pixels but work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (research, product, engineering, analytics, and business) to help drive the vision and strategy.

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
