About the team
The Product Design at Dialpad sits at the forefront of helping every business have better conversations with their customers, driving sales, and improving team alignment through one one, beautiful, AI-powered workspace. We deliver holistic, high-quality experiences that sweat the details, all within an inclusive and collaborative culture. Your role
As a Senior Product Designer at Dialpad, you play an integral role within your product area, working alongside Product and Engineering partners as well as other cross-functional partners. You’re seen as a leader within your product area, can navigate ambiguous projects well, understanding how to align your team to drive toward an actionable next step. You work with your product area partners to define strategy, roadmaps, timelines, and product goals. You also may mentor and assist other designers to help them grow.
This position reports to our Design Manager, and will be based in our Buenos Aires, Argentina office.
