Company Overview:
Bosta is a rapidly growing tech startup aiming to revolutionize the logistics and financing landscape for e-commerce in the Middle East and Africa regions. The company specializes in catering to individuals who leverage social media platforms to sell their products. Bosta's mission is to empower e-commerce entrepreneurs to succeed by providing end-to-end solutions that streamline digital trade, logistics and facilitate financing.
The Role
The Product Team at Bosta takes many forms and involves many facets. As a business-facing brand, we use the web dashboard and mobile app to help users create and track their orders with full visibility of their wallet management and reports. As a logistics company, we direct a fleet of drivers around major cities across Egypt using an internal digitized experience on the admin web and courier mobile app. As a partner to e-commerce businesses, who see us as a way to unlock access to new customers and thus fasten the deliveries of their orders, we craft plugins and APIs to help them do everything through it. Finally, we’re a home for numerous internal teams building internally facing tools for Care, finance, and others, to keep the business operations running effectively.
Life as a Product Designer means working hand in hand with the Product Manager on any or all of these areas, in order to deliver value to the customers, couriers, and business. Day to day, you’ll tackle new, challenging business problems, and find innovative, creative ways to solve them. We’re seeking brilliant and motivated autonomous Product Designers to help us build a world-class product and keep moving things forward.
As a Product Designer, you will be accountable for every feature you design - from the very first sketch through to implementation, you’ll drive all stages of the design process. Mastering the same level of skill with both interaction and visual design. Interaction design includes the underlying conceptual models, task flows, and control layouts to manipulate those concepts.
