What you will do
As the Senior Product Designer at Amino, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our digital care navigation platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions that address the needs of users trying to find care.
- Lead the design vision and strategy for our digital care navigation platform, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and user needs.
- Work in a highly collaborative environment with product and engineering to deliver experiences that users love.
- Drive the design process from concept to implementation, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience and usability of our products.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare and design to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with the product managers and company leadership
- Assist in and conduct user research to uncover new user needs/pain points and develop a deep understanding of where we need to improve our current offerings
- Work closely with product managers and leadership to help define both the long-term strategy and the short-term tactics for our growing product suite
Your skills and experience
- 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and expertise in user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, etc.
- Experience working in Agile development environments, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and processes.
- Experience working with a design system.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels of the organization including C-suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for creating elegant and intuitive user experiences.
- Interest in the AI space is a plus.
- Interest in working in a fast paced environment with a high capacity for change.
- Experience designing user products that simplify complexity.
- Experience designing for healthcare or related industries is a plus.

- Expected base salary: $120k - $160 plus standard company benefits and a generous option grant.
Amino values transparency and has included the reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this full-time role at any approved US location. Individual pay is determined by a range of factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, licensure or certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Amino does not typically hire at or near the top of a salary range.
