Who We Are
The Supplier Advertising team—within Wayfair’s Global Supplier Technology (GST) organization—owns the strategy, design, engineering, go to market, and analytics of Wayfair’s advertising offering. Our mission is to empower suppliers with the tools to gain awareness of their brands and products, and grow/optimize their product sales strategies. Our scope includes the end-to-end supplier-facing advertising experience within Partner Home, as well as the ad formats and placements integrated into Wayfair’s ecommerce experiences (desktop, mobile web, app).
What You’ll Do
As the senior product design lead for Supplier Advertising, you will drive the design strategy and execution for the most complicated pieces of our emerging ad business. This is a highly visible role with significant impact. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic design leader—able to navigate ambiguity to conceive a vision in the abstract, before transfering that vision into tangible design artifacts (mockups, wireframes, prototypes).
