As the Senior Category Manager, you will work closely with SEEK’s APAC leadership team to design and execute procurement category strategies that drive value and efficiency across the organization. Your primary focus will be on marketing and all indirect products and services, with a particular emphasis on consulting, professional services, and workforce management/contingent labour.
Key Responsibilities:

Management and Delivery: Lead the management and delivery of outcomes for the Corporate Services & Marketing categories, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Transformation Support: Support and drive transformation initiatives within the Strategic Sourcing team.

Performance Metrics: Achieve key measures, including savings targets and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals.

Internal Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure category planning meets business requirements.

Category Management: Oversee end-to-end category management and sourcing events for your portfolio.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering their professional development and enhancing team performance.

Strategic Direction: Define and refine SEEK’s approach to the Corporate Services & Marketing categories.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement medium to long-term procurement category strategies within your portfolio.

Capability Development: Establish, lead, and enhance the capabilities of cross-functional category teams.
- Significant experience (7-10 years) in end-to-end category management within the corporate services & marketing portfolios
- Extensive experience in contract review, analysis and negotiation
- Experience building and negotiating commercial models, performance regimes and risk management
- Leadership experience including senior stakeholder management and supplier performance management and reviews
- Deep knowledge of marketing, consulting, professional services and workforce management commercial models
