This is a hybrid role based out of San Francisco or Los Angeles (West Hollywood) offices and will require you to be in office Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The Privacy Team at Grindr is a central function which helps ensure we uphold this core principle. We serve as internal advisors and partner with team members to solve complex and nuanced privacy issues such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advertising in a manner that is privacy-forward.
As the Senior Privacy Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Grindr’s culture of privacy as we build new experiences for our community. This includes leading privacy and regulatory initiatives with internal stakeholders such as privacy impact assessments, assessing and mitigating nuanced privacy risks with a particular focus on adtech partnerships, creating compliance strategies for relevant data protection laws in conjunction with the CPO, and fostering a privacy-centric culture across the organization.

This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, location, and market demands.
