Senior/Principal Outbound Platform Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Outbound Platform Product Manager to join our team and help us convey our value proposition to business users, ensuring they fully realize the potential of our products. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our highly technical platform products and our business users. You will engage with customers to ensure they understand and can leverage the full capabilities of our solutions. Your expertise in communicating complex technical topics through compelling visual narratives and marketing messages will be instrumental in driving product adoption and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and help them maximize the potential of our products.
Conduct webinars, workshops, and training sessions to educate business users on platform features and best practices.
Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improvements.
Technical Communication:
Explain deeply technical topics in a way that is accessible and relevant to business users.
Develop comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and guides to support product usage and adoption.
Serve as the technical expert and go-to resource for customers and internal teams.
Visual Narratives and Marketing:
Create and disseminate captivating visual narratives that communicate the essence of our company and products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing messages and campaigns.
Craft visually appealing presentations, infographics, and videos that highlight product benefits and use cases.
Visionary Leadership:
Be the visionary force behind the creation and execution of our visual and marketing narratives.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product positioning and messaging.
Provide strategic input on product direction and roadmap based on customer feedback and market insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on outbound marketing and customer engagement.
  • Proven track record of explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills including the ability to present clearly and persuasively to customers, partners, colleagues, and senior executives.
  • Strong experience in creating visual narratives and marketing content.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for customer success and delivering high-quality products.
