The Role:

We are looking for a Senior PM Lead, Media & Audiences to lead our product initiatives in a couple of newer areas for our Org.  We are looking for a seasoned PM, with strong product craft who’s not afraid to operate in ambiguity.  Can partner with our SVP of Media & Ads to develop the strategy in this area, meet with clients, innovate with creative ideas that have the potential to disrupt parts of the industry.  Translate that into a product roadmap, working with Eng, UX and XFN teams to deliver products and drive successful business outcomes.  Someone who can work closely with sales, marketing & biz dev to identify new media opportunities to pursue.

We have 11.5M MAUs uploading an average of 30 receipts a month through which we see $152B of line item level gross merchandise value (GMV). This presents a goldmine of opportunity to help consumers and advertisers match.  Advertisers tailor their offers, point rewards, and media to get existing consumers to buy more and new buyers to buy, growing spend, trial & market share with hold-out based uplift measurement and unparalleled marketplace insights. Consumers get rewarded for the things they buy, driving discovery and leading to lifelong customers. Our origin story is grounded in “offers” we put in front of consumers, and we are looking to inject all types of media formats with new audience segmentation, experimentation, pricing models and targeting capabilities both within the App and offsite, creating magic moment experiences for Consumers who are fully opted in and for advertisers who are looking to drive discovery and volume around their brands.

As a Series E, pre-IPO startup with $xxxM revenue, growing xx% YoY and 800+ people, 15-20 PMs, 180 SWEs, ~100 SRE, Data, Security, Support, we are at a wonderful inflection point, seeking to inject PM rigor and craft into how we operate and are looking for leaders who can partner with us to elevate the org. 

Requirements:

  • Deep experience in Ads - audiences, targeting, optimization, experimentation, media formats, pricing models
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of PM experience
  • Demonstrated PM craft in setting vision, strategy, priorities, roadmap, product delivery, achieving business outcomes, working with OKRs, and collaborating XFN with sales, services & marketing to bring products to market and grow their success

A plus:

  • RMN experience; CPG / Merchandising / Retail / eCommerce a plus
  • PMs who’ve driven personalization in ads and consumer content, blending the two together
  • Experience with two side marketplaces
  • Experience on ad formats, ads quality, RTB, inventory management / forecasting, ads optimization, audience segmentation, audience targeting, A/B testing experimentation platforms, ads experimentation, programmatic ads, retail media networks, optimization algorithms, pricing algorithms, pCTR/pCVR/ML
