- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and high-performance PHP applications for a high-availability website with millions of users.
- Collaborate closely with other developers in pair programming sessions, ensuring adherence to TDD (Test-Driven Development) and clean code principles.
- Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
- Design and implement robust and scalable software architectures, providing innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Integrate with frontend developers to ensure seamless and efficient end-to-end functionality across the application.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor associate developers, and ensure best practices and coding standards are followed within the team.
- Minimum 5 years of PHP development experience with strong expertise in frameworks like Laravel, or Symfony, and a deep understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), writing unit and integration tests, and a strong commitment to clean code principles.
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Excellent communication skills for working in cross-functional teams, experience with high-availability systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
