- Design and implement high-availability backend services for a website with millions of users
- Maintain the services and keep them operating in a highly performant manner (#DevOps)
- Work in a cross-functional product team, delivering solutions using agile techniques
- Deliver high-quality solutions and help team mates to do the same
- A passion for crafting quality code and self improvement
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Solid understanding of backend technologies and APIs
- Experience in Clean Code principles and Test Driven Development
- Exceptional pair programming and communication skills
