This is a full time, permanent position, working a 37 hour flexible week Monday - Friday.
The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage an off-site Professional Scientific Staffing (PSS) team of scientists to ensure that team is operating at the highest quality and productivity standards, have high morale and retention, and the agreed customer requirements are entirely satisfied and that customer expectations are met or exceeded through effective leadership and quality operational management. This person will be the key point of contact for the client on a day-to-day basis.
The Lead will also support the development of packaging integrity testing. Including, but not limited to primary packaging integrity tests, blister push through testing, seal integrity testing, visual appearance testing. Become a practical expert in the bottle filling packaging techniques relevant to a primary pack presentation with focus on seal integrity, capable of training others in the technique and application. All activities shall be undertaken at our Clients facilities based in Hertfordshire.
