The Role

We are seeking a Senior Personalization & CRO Strategist to fill a critical role of strategizing and overseeing the execution of marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth. This role will involve implementing marketing strategies and analytical approaches to boost lead acquisition. The Senior Personalization & CRO Strategist will focus on identifying and tapping into new growth opportunities, optimizing marketing channels, and aligning marketing efforts with the company’s broader business goals.

You will be working closely with the CRM / marketing automation and business development teams to ensure leads are addressed in a timely manner. 

Guided by business goals, you will be responsible for meeting targets for new lead volume along with other relevant KPIs for each channel. The Senior Personalization & CRO Strategist will leverage data analytics to assess campaign performance, optimize strategies, and make informed decisions to influence higher lead acquisition and lower customer acquisition costs. You will also be responsible for the technological aspects of marketing, ensuring the martech stack is optimized for maximum efficiency.

  • Hands-on experience in managing and implementing web personalized experiences and chat playbooks
  • Report on marketing channels and campaign performance, focusing on KPIs
  • Design and implement tests to grow lead volume and improve key metrics
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for key business cohorts including new partners and growth practices 
  • Manage tracking, reporting, and optimization efforts, utilizing dashboards and analytics (Google analytics, Google tag manager, and Looker)
  • Implement effective and engaging chat playbooks on the website, Develop and launch targeted testing and effective personalized experiences for audience segments based on ICP and target accounts
  • Collaborate with campaigns, business development, and CRM/Marketing Ops teams to re-engage past customers and drive new business

What you Bring to the Table

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on conversion rate optimization, demand generation, growth marketing with a deep understanding of Marketing Technology, especially CRM tools and Marketing Automation Platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset 
  • Extensive experience working with enterprise-level CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms and a strong technical understanding of how those platforms work and integrate with additional internal and third-party tools, including the relevant data concepts (APIs, JSON, ETLs, etc.)
  • Solutions-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, and have a proven track record of managing and delivering technical projects 
  • Excel at navigating ambiguity and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deeply understand and solve business challenges, synthesizing complex ideas into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and are confident in presenting technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and teams within an agency 
  • Thrive in high-impact, fast-paced, cross-functional environments and consistently drive impactful business outcomes while prioritizing customer experience in decision-making
  • Possess strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills; must be very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make decisions, including having hands-on experience working with Google analytics, Tag manager, SQL and BI tools (Looker, LookerStudio, Segment, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with chat tools such as Drift, Qualified, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with personalization and data platforms as VWO, Mutiny, Lytics, and 6sense etc.

The US base salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,000 per year. This position also offers a performance bonus dependent on company performance. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
