You’ll help us protect honest people online by:
- Strategic partnership with our Chief Revenue Officer and their leadership team to provide strategic guidance and insights on people-related matters, aligning People initiatives with business goals and priorities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programmes that support the company's objectives and create a culture of high performance, growth mindset and learning agility
- Provide guidance and manage organisation design, workforce planning, change management, talent management, high performance, career growth, and succession planning programmes
- Analyse people data and trends to inform decisions on strategy and programs and ensure we are building healthy teams that are ready to grow with the business
- Advise and consult on any complex employee relations questions
- Contribute to company-wide projects aiming to improve employee engagement and experience at Veriff
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a workplace culture that values and respects differences, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees.
- Championing our values and culture, being a role model for these, and supporting the continual embedding of them in everything we do
You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:
- 5+ years of People Partner experience within multinational SaaS/tech companies, supporting revenue or GTM teams.
- A growth-oriented and solution-driven mindset with a genuine can-do attitude
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and solve critical ad-hoc problems without losing sight of the big picture
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, coaching, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Both theoretical and practical knowledge about employee lifecycle and change management to help you implement best practices in your day-to-day work
- Strong passion and knowledge within talent management and sales comp and commissions
