About the team:

As Goodnotes continues to expand and evolve, we are thrilled to announce the addition of a new, strategically important role within our People Operations team: Senior People Ops Specialist, Learning and Development (L&D). This role has been specifically created to support our growth and to ensure that as our company scales, our team members grow with us, both professionally and personally.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic perspective to the role, backed by a solid foundation in L&D and a passion for people development. This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:

  • Design, develop, and implement effective training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs.
  • Develop instructional materials and courses, including e-learning, workshops, manuals, and simulations.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training and make data-driven recommendations for future L&D strategies.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop training solutions that meet business needs.
  • Stay current on L&D trends and technologies to make informed decisions about the adoption of new tools and practices.
  • Improve and support the employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Work closely with Data, Finance, Talent and People Operations teams

The skills you will need to be successful in the above:

Must have skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in developing training and development programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience with LMS, e-learning platforms, and other training technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Nice to have skills:

  • Leadership and influence skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
