Your mission

As Senior People Operations Manager (m/f/x), you will manage HR projects in the areas of Payroll, Global Mobility and Compensation. With your experience, you will ensure smooth HR processes, support the implementation of our People & Culture strategy and actively shape sustainable work.



Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • You are going take charge of leading and executing HR projects in Payroll, Global Mobility, and Compensation.
  • You will ensure the smooth implementation of HR processes, covering everything from onboarding to offboarding, with a specific focus on the preparation and follow-up of payroll.
  • You will support the implementation of the People & Culture strategy, aiming to ensure that our work culture and processes consistently align with the needs of our workforce.
  • You will leverage your expertise in tax, social security law, and labor law to guarantee compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all projects and processes.


Your Qualifications / To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • You hold a degree in economics, law, or HR management, or alternatively, you have completed commercial vocational training, preferably as a personnel administrator (m/f/x). 
  • Your professional experience should encompass a minimum of 3-5 years, including involvement in (preparatory) payroll accounting and operational HR work, ideally with experience in using Personio.
  • Your knowledge of international payroll tax, social security law, and labor law is solid and reliable. 
  • You possess a C1-level command of German and at least a B2-level proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Ideally, you bring experience in transition and change, and you are motivated to actively contribute to shaping sustainable work practices.
