We’re looking for a strategic, thoughtful, experienced Senior People Business Partner to collaborate with our G&A teams. You should have a passion for influencing people strategy and building collaborative relationships across multiple levels of leaders and employees. Reporting to the Head of People Business Partners, you’ll partner closely with our Head of People, Chief Financial Officer, and General Counsel and their leadership teams.
Your responsibilities will include:

The starting base salary for this role is expected to range from $170,000 - $220,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role. Compensation may also vary by geography.
We also expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With equal quarterly vesting, your first vest date would be within the first 3 months of your start date.
Overall, total compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
