About the Role We are looking for a Senior People Business Partner (PBP) to join our growing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in helping to rebuild and transform the People function, partnering closely with leaders across a function of the business to develop and implement people strategies that align with organizational goals. As a strategic and operational partner, the Senior PBP will drive organizational effectiveness, foster an inclusive and engaging work environment, and support leaders in building high-performing teams. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, HR expertise, and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels. We’re looking for a proactive HR professional who is both strategic and hands-on, ready to influence change, navigate complex organizational dynamics, and deliver impactful people solutions. This role is based in Denver, CO, and requires an in-office presence three days per week. What You’ll Do: -Strategic HR Partnership: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, providing coaching and insights to align people strategies with business objectives. -Employee Experience & Engagement: Partner with leaders to foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged culture that attracts and retains top talent. -Rebuilding & Scaling: Play a key role in rebuilding the People function, developing scalable frameworks and programs to support a growing business. -Talent Development & Performance: Drive initiatives that enhance leadership capabilities, career development, and succession planning. -Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair outcomes while mitigating risk. -Organizational Design & Workforce Planning: Work with leaders to optimize team structures, assess workforce needs, and design scalable solutions for growth. -Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage people analytics and insights to diagnose challenges, measure progress, and inform HR strategies. -Change Management: Support teams through organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication. -Collaboration Across People Functions: Partner with teams across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Learning & Development, and Compensation to deliver integrated people solutions. What We’re Looking For: -8+ years of PBP-related experience, with at least 3 years supporting a function of the business in an PBP capacity. -Excitement for rebuilding and evolving the People function to drive business success. -Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels, from frontline employees to senior executives. -Strong expertise in employee relations, organizational design, talent development, and workforce planning. -Experience navigating complex organizational dynamics in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. -A data-driven approach to HR, with experience using metrics and analytics to drive decision-making. -Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen. -Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and drive alignment. -Adaptability and resilience in an ever-evolving workplace. Bonus Points If You Have: -Experience in a SaaS or technology company. -Familiarity with remote-first or hybrid work models. -Knowledge of compensation practices and workforce planning for global teams. -Experience driving diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. Salary Range: $150,000 - $184,000
