HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team for a 12 month maternity cover. As a Senior Payroll Specialist you will bring your expert knowledge and experience to help payroll run smoothly in our Swedish Distribution Center. You’ll be a partner to the business, collaborating both with internal & external stakeholders and you’ll be instrumental in driving process improvements as Hellofresh Nordics continues to grow!
As Senior Payroll Specialist, you will always have a patient open ear for the questions of our employees, manage to organize and structure your tasks independently, and support internal team projects.
The role is a 12 month maternity cover based in our Distribution Center in Bjuv, Sweden and reports to the Head of People Support
You will…
- Prepare payroll input reports to our payroll system, and manually input data from sources such as Excel sheets, comms. and a shared mailbox
- Process payroll transactions, including new hires, leave of absences, terminations, employee changes and wage garnishments, auditing payroll data and reports for errors and resolving payroll issues.
- Support HR admin team in ensuring data is accurately reflected in systems
- Ensure payroll compliance with company policy as well as local tax legislation Nordics
- Post and reconcile payroll items and perform internal controls
- Perform statutory reports to the authorities
- Prepare net salary contracts, adjust student salaries and insurance.
You have...
- 3+ years of Swedish payroll experience
- Familiarity with payroll and time management system - FLEX HRM Application
- The ability to deal with sensitive and highly confidential information
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, the ability to adapt easily
- A forward thinking mindset with the drive to manage and improve processes
- Proficiency in MS office, in particular Excel
- Fluency in both Swedish and English
