Senior Payroll Application Consultant

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Senior Payroll Application Consultant to join our Atomo Product Support team.

In this role, you will provide continuous support to our clients on the proper use of specific software, you will support the resolution of questions and the identification of problems, and you will work in close cooperation with other consultants as well as the development team so to provide excellent client service and added value services.

• Document the clients’ requirements in a comprehensive way, in order to provide solution that fulfills their needs
• Install and troubleshoot software solutions
• Conduct software testing
• Communicate with clients over phone, emails or personal meetings
• Create training materials
• Conduct and facilitate seminars and workshops based on clients’ needs
• Provide continuous support on software solutions
• Create technical documentation on project’s deliverables

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward.

We would like you to have:

• A University/College degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Business Administration
• At least two years of experience in payroll consulting and client support for payroll solutions
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and verbal)
• Good communication and organisation skills
