As a Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with our key partners to ensure their success. You will act as the primary point of contact for our partners, providing them with the support, resources, and guidance they need to effectively market, sell, and integrate our SaaS products. Your role is critical in driving mutual growth, maximising partner performance, and enhancing customer value through our partnership ecosystem.
 
You will identify ways to expand our reach with customers and act as an internal advocate for our partners

Your day to day impact

  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align partnership activities with business outcomes
  • Be fully accountable for a book of business, develop and execute on plans to grow revenue from within each partner
  • Identify, develop and deliver partner enablement programs and resources, in conjunction with Marketing and Product.
  • Coordinate joint marketing and sales efforts with partners to enhance market reach and drive awareness
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to advocate for our products and services
  • Provide ongoing training and support to partners on our products, services and best practices
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and the competitive landscape
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, performance data and activities
  • Track and analyse partner performance metrics; work in conjunction with product on identifying ways of increasing product adoption
  • Prepare regular reports on partner performance and success metrics for internal stakeholders

What you'll bring to the table

  • 5+ years experience in account management, business development, consulting, partnerships, or marketing focused on technical products
  • Experience achieving revenue metric goals
  • Experience working with and presenting to senior decision makers, including C-level executives, IT, finance and operations
  • In-depth experience collaborating internally with partners on complex deals or partnerships
  • Experience requirements gathering with customers, building business cases for feature development with products teams, while balancing expectations for both parties
  • Experience supporting go-to-market efforts for new products
