About The Role 🤔
As the Senior Partner Growth Manager for APAC, you will have the opportunity to act as a trusted strategic advisor to our top studios, which are building out a new category of gaming. This will include helping them navigate opportunities, risks, and lessons to maximise their success across EMEA and other markets.
As a core part of the Partner Growth team in a priority market, this role will be responsible for identifying the signals of a breakout hit game and partnering with the top studios within the region to guide them through the navigation and adoption of Immutable's technology.
You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮
- Create and drive strategy with a set of Immutable partners building games on the platform. These strategies will be directed at both the short-term and ongoing success of game developers
- Maintain strong and trusted relationships with a set of key partners, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty and retention
- Create demand through Immutable’s ecosystem, identifying requirements for third parties to create leveraged impact for partners, including distribution, marketplaces and token listings
- Identify, share and match requirements through partner teams, including tokenomics, ventures, product, engineering, design and solution architecture
- Represent Immutable at events in market with other Immutable team members in EMEA
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝
- 6+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or banking background, with a deep interest in web3 and/or gaming
- Proven track record of solving highly complex and novel challenges
- Strong bias to action to create value or impact at pace
- Demonstrated curiosity and excitement for web3 gaming
- Comfort working asynchronously with a global team
