Senior Partner Marketing Manager

What you get to do in this role:   

We’re looking for a versatile, experienced, and self-starting individual contributor to lead the strategic co-marketing planning and demand generation campaign efforts with global partners.You will create co-marketing strategies that increase awareness, and drive pipeline growth for some of our top growth partners at ServiceNow. This role will be responsible for end to end (create, validate, execute, track, and measure) programmatic marketing plans incorporating co-marketing strategies and comprehensive lead generation programs to drive partner-sourced revenue, from cross-sell, upsell, net new logo programs and other key initiatives. This role will focus on a 1: many engagement model with partners. In partnership with key channel leaders, global and regional marketing, and partners, you’ll define and implement joint awareness and demand generation programs that drive long term business value. 

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and manage the co-marketing strategy and motion for priority partners to maximize growth opportunities. 
  • Work with ServiceNow channel teams to understand the demands of the business, gather insight and translate these business needs into a prioritized demand generation marketing plan, identifying the biggest areas for marketing investment based on impact.
  • Proactively propose effective programs by leveraging data, learnings, industry best practices and innovations for the best results.
  • Build full end to end marketing funnel with partners and identify core always on marketing activities.
  • Align with key regional Partner Marketing Director on the direction, key programs, and outcomes at the start of each quarter
  • Be a key player in setting the strategy for global channel marketing and the way we work together to jointly sponsor, activate, and engage to make the most of the demand efforts.
  • Collaborate across virtual teams to increase and drive ServiceNow’s share of mind within our strategic alliances and ServiceNow.
  • Build cross-functional relationships within ServiceNow and with selected partners.
  • Ensure ongoing engagement to support business growth and partner satisfaction.
  • Develop and support metric collection, analysis and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of programs and ROI of channel marketing strategy, initiatives, and programs.
  • Multi-Partner marketing relationship building, programs and opportunity execution.

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Overall of 10 + years of Marketing experience, 5 yrs +, working with partners (preferably global) to create and execute joint marketing plans.
  • Proven track record of results building end to end marketing campaigns inclusive of digital programs and in person engagements.
  • Excellence in creating joint partner value propositions, establishing differentiation with partners in the market and working with partner sales to launch programs to expand into new vertical markets and regions.
  • Ability to work with competing priorities, multiple projects, virtual teams and partners, with excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in enterprise technology, data and analytics, SaaS, ISVs, Global, and Regional Sis.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Partner teams, Sales, Engineering, Product Management.
  • Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills required.
  • Excellent budget management and project tracking.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, changing environment with the ability to drive progress and change.
  • Pro-active and self-driven follow-through.
  • BA with significant experience.
  • MBA or management certificate preferred but not required.
