In addition to our central office in Ataşehir/İstanbul, we have branches in Antalya and Elazığ in Turkey.We have strengthened our position in the global market by opening a new office in Austin, USA, which hosts world technology giants from all over the world.  Key Responsibilities: *Develop and implement HR transformation projects. *Plan and organize learning and development programs aligned with organizational needs and targets. *Support digital transformation projects within the scope of Organizational Development processes. *Assist with the Performance Management System (OKR) in digital transformation, including process design and ensuring effective execution.  *Analyze the results of the Employee Engagement Survey and prepare remedial action plans. *Support the development of policies and procedures related to Human Resources, in alignment with company objectives. *Oversee promotion and rotation processes and conduct evaluation center studies. *Process management and highly developed follow up skills. *Problem solving skills as well as analytical thinking capability. *Follow global best practices to ensure that processes within your scope of responsibility are implemented with an innovative perspective. *Support Talent Management and succession planning processes. *Support the development of policies and procedures related to Human Resources, in alignment with company objectives. *Collaborate with department leaders and HR partners to ensure training initiatives support organizational goals and improve performance. *Track training needs, programs, and the development process of employees aligned with the Academy. *Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in learning and development to continuously enhance training offerings.             Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related fields. *Experience in the Organizational Development and learning function of Human Resources and/or experience as HR generalist min 5 years. *Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, impactful training programs. *Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies. *Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. *Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel). *Multi-tasking abilities and excellent analytical skills. *Apply the methodology of learning agility to the entire work strategy. *Good level of English language knowledge.
