Tasks:
- support various versions of Oracle Databases 12c/18c/19c on various platforms Exadata,Oracle Private Cloud Appliance and Google Cloud Platform
- implement the existing best practices in database management in a PaaS mode (platform support, installation, administration, monitoring)
- provide maintenance of databases to include the following: backups, disaster recovery, database support, access management, patch management.
- manage HA and DR capabilities in Oracle environment, including replication and clustering technologies.
- performance tuning, alerting & monitoring, server configuration.
- participate in migration projects (cloud, on-prem migrations)
- provide on-call support
- daily cooperation with different teams and customers
Requirements:
- University or college degree and/or equivalent experience
- Intermediate English language knowledge (min.B2)
- Several years of experience in Oracle database administration
- Flexibility, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills
