Senior Ops Lead - Acquisition

What you'll do

  • Collaborate closely with budget owners to manage and monitor monthly acquisition spending, aiming to maximize Captain activations.
  • Optimize the use of acquisition budgets by targeting compliant leads, ensuring that the overall Captain Acquisition Cost (CAC) remains within set targets.
  • Implement creative solutions to enhance the conversion rate of Captains from signup to activation in the acquisition funnel.
  • Identify and onboard additional ambassadors in key cities across KSA to extend reach to potential leads.
  • Work in tandem with ambassadors to collect and internally share weekly insights on competitors' processes, referral payouts, campaigns, and compliance status.
  • Oversee the vendor model by managing long-term relationships, including contracts, payments, and addressing concerns, while ensuring efficient fleet utilization to support unit economics.
  • Facilitate the partnership with ALJF by creating and issuing earnings certificates for Captains through streamlined internal administrative procedures.
  • Act as a backup for TGA compliance matters, representing the company in daily communications and managing the TGA mailbox for inbound and outbound messages.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 3 years of experience in Operations, supply chain or logistics roles.
  • Saudi national with strong Arabic and English communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.
