Senior Operations Project Manager

Overview

The Operations Project Manager for AnalogFolk NY will play a central role in office operations management. Working across multiple accounts, the Operations Project Manager will collaborate closely with leadership, account management, craft leads and producers to ensure that programs are successfully planned, scoped, resourced, and administered.

The ideal Project Manager will have strong team and business management skills, a specialization in detailed, tactical project management as well as intimate knowledge of marketing practices and mediums, especially social.

Responsibilities include:

- Integrated Project
- Planning and Scheduling Resource
- DeploymentFee and Budget Control
- Maintain the Future Marketing Model process (with input from craft leads)
- Tools & Knowledge Sharing 

Reporting

Managing Director of North America
Matrix relationship with Consulting Partner and Craft Leads

Skills/Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years project management in a marketing or production environment with experience in digital and social media campaigns
- Highly organized and detail orientedAbility to influence relationships with senior agency and client representatives
-Strong interpersonal, writing and verbal skills
- Ability to translate business and marketing requirements into viable programs
- Ability to find efficient and effective solutions to complex problems and multi-task
- Strong sense of ownership of process and results
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite
- Active experience coordination with agency operations and finance disciplines
- Ability to analyze agency and client performance data and plan / optimize operational approach
- Training or certification in Project Management programs, tools and methodologies (e.g. PMI, Rational Process)

Responsibilities Include

Process Development & Evolution:

- Ensure common understanding of Future Marketing Model methodology
- Ensure Roles & Responsibilities understood (CAIRO or RACI)
- Ensure toolset, developed, deployed and maintained
- Ensure change management carried out agency/client sideTo champion our global resourcing and estimation tool Workbooks 

Integrated Project Planning and Scheduling: 

- Identify milestones, critical path and dependencies
- Oversee the development of and communication of project plans and to identify and balance priorities
- Collaborating with Account Management and craft lead staff
- Support Account Management team to manage client expectations and communications flow 
- Work with the leadership team to scope and plan new business opportunities. 
- Join and contribute to the global delivery team across AnalogFolk. 

Resource Deployment:

- Develop staff plans and SOWs to meet scoped assignments
- Ensure complementary skill sets in place (x-discipline & x-geography)
- Partner with leads to manage the sourcing of freelance or full-time resources as needed
- Ensure redundancy and gaps identified and actions taken
- Drive on-boarding and ongoing training initiatives
- Work with our Global Resource Manager to track freelance and utilise our global resourcing studio.

Fee/Budget:

- Lock-step coordination with Account leads, operations and finance on approach, tools and execution of financial management
- Partner with Account to ensure cost projections and estimates balance
- Ensure costs are accurately forecasted and tracked
- Ensure timely billingFacilitate fiscal account management by Account and Executive leads

Tools & Knowledge Sharing:

- Working with teams to develop project documentation including scopes of work and project plans
- Drive development of collaborative work tools such as extranets, skills and knowledge databases, financial and management reporting systems
