Position: (Senior) Operations Manager(Inbound/Outbound), Fulfillment Center
What You Will Do:
1) Inbound Operation Manager:
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Supervise the receiving, sorting, and staging of incoming inventory.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely inbound shipments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and replenishment processes.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.
- Lead and develop a team of inbound associates and supervisors.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize efficiency and workflow.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven warehouse experience. Plan and organize work.
- 5+ years management experience in a manufacturing, production, distribution, E-Commerce Fulfillment center/ Warehouse environment.
- College Level or equivalent is required.
- Computer literate and has above average internet/web skills.
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships.
- Work effectively as a team member.
- Meet schedules and timelines.
- Communicate both orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
