Design and develop robust, high-performance systems for futures order management, trade execution, risk management, and settlement
Implement advanced trading, risk, and compliance features to meet the needs of our sophisticated crypto futures traders
Optimize system performance, reliability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, trading, and compliance, to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Proactively identify and address operational bottlenecks and areas for
improvement
Mentor and guide junior developers to develop their skills and technical expertise
Requirements
Degree in Business, Finance or relevant disciplines
Extensive experience in risk management and process optimization.
More than 2 years of Futures operation experience and and preferably 2+ years in Futures trading in the financial services and/or cryptocurrency industry
At least 1 years of hedge fund operations experience
Good knowledge in various asset classes including equities, futures and options
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience in risk management and automation tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects at once.
