⚡️Your role
We are seeking a Senior Operational Risk Manager to join our Amsterdam office and expand our Risk & Audit team. Your role will be key in supporting Fastned's growth by implementing robust, scalable risk management and internal control systems that align with our values and risk appetite. Working closely with our Head of Risk & Audit, you will help identify, assess, monitor, and report on non-financial risks, enabling teams across the organization to make informed, risk-based decisions. This senior-level role offers the opportunity to build and enhance risk frameworks in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, collaborating with colleagues from all departments. Raise awareness of risk and control across the organization.
Facilitate risk identification and assessment processes for all departments.
Develop and support risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure the quality and documentation of the risk and control framework, including policies.
Provide risk advice and insights to the Executive team, auditors, and departments in collaboration with the Head of Risk & Audit.
Strengthen monitoring, analysis, and reporting on controls, risks, and incidents.
Collaborate closely with other departments on projects.
