Senior Onboarding Enablement Lead

The Senior Onboarding Enablement Lead will be a key member of the Center of Excellence (COE) Career Programs team, an engine that enables LinkedIn’s Global Business Organization. As an Enablement Lead, you will lead and manage global enablement programs to ensure Sales and Customer Success Reps are ramped and ready to add value to our customers. You’ll embrace continuous learning and feedback to ensure our programs are constantly evolving to meet the needs of LinkedIn’s customers.   

In this role, you will support four main areas of onboarding: Facilitation and delivery of APAC cross-Line of Business sessions, Line of Business Consultation & Partnership, Operational Program Maintenance, and Driving Strategic Initiatives. This will help our team provide the foundation of skill, knowledge and tools to quickly become successful in their roles. You will work closely with Sales and cross-functional leaders including, but not limited to: Sales, Sales Ops, BizOps, and within GTME to ensure that programs are properly scoped and resourced, timelines are accurate, and leaders are engaged and informed of key responsibilities. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, tracking performance, and communicating program status updates to stakeholders.   

 Responsibilities:  

  • Act as regional point of contact for the onboarding program in APAC to ensure its successful delivery, facilitating various virtual cross Line of Business Live Sessions and seeking opportunities to optimize the experience and sharing learnings with global team. 

  • Facilitate New Manager onboarding for APAC. 

  • Deliver operational improvement projects for the Global Onboarding program including but not limited to curriculum updates and changes, microsite changes, operational improvements, program communications, and reporting & measurement improvements. 

  • Manage relationships between the COE and Line of Business Onboarding teams, providing consultative support on program content and initiatives to assure program alignment, support the development of new LOB specific workflows, project tools and templates. 

  • Own and manage multiple, concurrent work streams and projects of varying complexity using problem-solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct analysis, derive key insights, deliver recommendations, and execute.     

  • Meet with regional field leadership to solicit qualitative input on effectiveness of onboarding programs in region and synthesize and prioritize recommendations across COE and LOB teams. 

  • Champion onboarding program objectives and narrative in region to field and field leadership to build buy-in and uncover potential risks. 

  • Participate in regional LOB LT sessions and synthesize business KPIs, identifying impacts to Onboarding strategy and execution. 

  • Lead cross-cutting initiatives for GTME as needed (e.g. onboarding best practices, prototype, playbook creation, etc.). 

  • Identify, analyze and recommend solutions or platforms to improve onboarding which are best-suited to employees and vendors in region (e.g. onboarding platforms, AI solutions, etc.). 

Basic Qualifications:   

  • 4+ years of experience in learning and training space or driving sales training and broader Sales Enablement programs   

  • 6 + years of experience in related fields (Sales, Sales Management, Enablement, Human Capital Consulting, L&D)  

  • Experience with communication and facilitation skills 

  • BA or BS degree or related practical experience   

Preferred Qualifications:   

  • Experience building learning and development programs for sales and customer support professionals   

  • Proficient at building strong, lasting relationships with senior level sales managers   

  • Strategic thinker with ability to execute, establish priorities and meet swift deadlines in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment    

  • Proven success at managing cross-functional teams   

  • Highly organized, detailed-oriented, self-directed and demands excellence   

  • Experience in sales and operations leadership development   

  • Experience working with SaaS solutions, Learning Management Systems and Content Management System   

  • Experience leveraging eLearning tools and web-based meeting tools to create instructionally sound learning programs
