JOB DECRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Query Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, managing the ticketing system to log, track, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
o Ensure timely responses to all employee queries, adhering to established SLAs and maintaining a high level of customer service.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex queries and provide comprehensive solutions.
2. Exit Formalities Management:
o Oversee the end-to-end exit process for departing employees.
o Issue exit letters and ensure all necessary documentation is completed in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including line managers and payroll.
o Manage the clearance process on SuccessFactors, ensuring all exit formalities are completed accurately and on time.
3. Process Improvement:
o Continuously evaluate the existing processes within the scope of work and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
o Contribute to the development and implementation of SOP’s related to employee inquiries and exits.
4. Reporting and Analytics:
o Maintain accurate records of employee queries and exit processes, generating reports to analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.
o Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance HR operations and employee satisfaction.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT and other departments to ensure a seamless experience for employees during their transition out of the organization.
