Posting of PAN India CFA claims and ensuring complete set of CFA bill and their supporting (e.g. in case of freight reimbursement, bilty should be enclosed and it should be in the name of CIPL).
Posting of complete set of Transporter bills (Outwards) and their supporting (price should be matched with signed agreement)
Insurance accounting of all addition & deletion of insurance policy like GPA Policy, WC policy, GTL policy, IAR policy, CGL policy, Marine policy etc.
Periodically basis need to work on Vendor reconciliation, data analysis for CCR, monthly GL review, monthly provision, any recovery etc.
Assistance and data preparation for any replies to legal notice, statutory auditors, GST authorities, tax audit, cost audit etc.
Skills: Basic knowledge of Accounting principles & MS office
Qualification : Commerce graduate or MBA in finance
