What you’re applying for

  • As a Senior NPI & Operations Engineer at Mixtiles, you will play a pivotal role in the success of Mixtiles.
    Our production spreads across 6 factories in the US and Europe and enables shipments of over 70 SKUs with over 15 million units shipped a year.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production, solving quality issues, and leading the technical aspects of Mixtiles’ new and existing products 
  • Additionally, you will be leading core business projects such as: design changes, COGS reduction, expending/improving production facilities.
  • *This role requires frequent travels to the US and EU (20% AVG of the year)

In this role you'll

  • Drive ongoing production improvements: production process improvements, design new tools, define new production flows, design and building jigs, and more
  • Drive ongoing technical support for the production facilities: troubleshooting, quality issues 
  • Lead NPI projects: establish production process, quality plan (checkpoints & KPIs) , PRR & FAI
  • Lead ongoing physical quality tasks: quality meetings, investigation, preventive actions
  • Lead additional projects: COGS reduction, design changes, quality & customer experience projects
  • Work independently at the production facilities located in the US and EU

What We're Looking For

  • BSc’ in Mechanical Engineering- with 10 years or more of relevant experience (preferably in consumer goods and/or operations)
  • Experience with CAD SW, prototyping, and 3D printing
  • Familiarity with the Print industry - a plus
  • Experience in quality practices - a plus
  • Open to periodic work trips to the U.S and Europe (20% AVG over the year)
  • Strong attention to detail and quality with a thorough, autodidactic, methodical approach
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Problem-solving and visual communication skills 
  • Able to communicate confidently and clearly in English, both verbally and written
