· Be responsible for day-to-day operations with the following assignments:
· Expert in Cisco IP Telephony environment including (IP Phones, IP Phone
services, IM & Presence, Unity, Jabber Desktop and Mobile, etc.)
· Expert in Cisco CMS Telepresence services, meetings, recording, streaming,
WebRTC, and high availability
· Expert in TMS/TMSXE
· Expert in Voice gateways and gatekeepers
· Expert in VCS Expressway C & E
· Expert in videoconferencing telepresence devices implementation and
troubleshooting
· Contributing to project team assignments and providing technical expertise on
Collaboration projects, such as detailed designs, Network Collaboration Architecture,
documentation, and implementation plans.
· Identify development and continuous improvement opportunities related to
Network Collaboration.
· Maintaining Daily Operational Tasks and Incidents
· Evaluating and running proof of concepts for new Network Collaboration
technologies and solutions
· Updating Network Collaboration infrastructure technology and standards.
· Development and presentation of infrastructure communications and
collaboration.
· Deliver innovation reports supporting the collaboration visions leading to
adding value
· Be a Network Collaboration champion and make the most of trends in
its future strategy
· Plan, maintain, implement, and oversee upgrades and changes related to the
Network Collaboration infrastructure, engaging all required resources and
departments.
· Create and maintain Network Collaboration architecture and plans for own area
of responsibility
· Maintain the operational service level agreements, and plans the infrastructure
necessary to provide the Network Collaboration services to meet such agreements
· Update standards, methods, and tools, consistent with Network
Collaboration architectures and ensure they are applied effectively and provide
required Training and Knowledge transfers.
· Develop RFI and RFP technical and functional contents, evaluate technical
proposals, study their feasibility, and participate in technology selection
· Adherence to contractual objectives and consistency, challenging
positively as appropriate
· Ensure that the system design balances functional, service quality, and systems
management requirements
