Senior Network Architect

UBDS Group is a leading technology consultancy that specializes in delivering innovative digital transformation solutions to public and private sector organizations. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Architect to join our team.

As a Senior Network Architect at UBDS, you will play a crucial role in shaping the network strategy and leading the architectural design of network solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, define network transformation strategies, and develop scalable and secure network architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of network architectures to meet client requirements
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams in implementing network solutions
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and identify opportunities for network transformations
• Design and implement highly available, scalable, and secure network infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements
• Perform network performance analysis and optimization
• Stay up to date with the latest networking technologies and evaluate their potential applications in client projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in network architecture and design
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing network architectures that follow best practices for scalability, availability, and security
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall technologies
• Experience with cloud networking, SD-WAN, and software-defined networking
• Experience with LAN and WLAN solutions including Network Access Control technologies and best practices
• Experience with network automation and orchestration tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
