By joining our rapidly growing NetSuite Practice as a Senior NetSuite Field Service Consultant, you will work closely with clients to design, implement and optimize NetSuite solutions tailored to field service operations. You will serve as a trusted partner to our clients. You’ll bring your first-hand experience, unique perspectives, and functional knowledge to deliver tailored integrated solutions that solve today's challenges and set the foundation for future success. With support from experienced leaders and a dedicated coach, you will join a collaborative community that invites you to contribute beyond the scope of client delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Provide NetSuite consulting, leveraging industry experience, business analysis, best practices, and a pragmatic approach to address multi-faceted client needs
- Evaluate client business processes, gather requirements, and design tailored NetSuite solutions that enhance field service efficiency, improve resource allocation, and streamline operations.
- Configure and customize NetSuite Field Service modules to support scheduling, dispatching, work orders, inventory management, customer support, and other field service functions.
- Support project planning and completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that align with client expectations.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to meet project milestones.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure users are proficient in the NetSuite system. Act as the first line of support for troubleshooting issues and recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for further NetSuite enhancements and automation within the field service domain, contributing to long-term client success.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration changes, and user guides.
- Cultivate new client relationships and deepen existing ones
- Serve as a coach and mentor to team members, fostering their professional growth and development
What You'll Bring:
- 5-7+ years of professional services experience, with at least 3 years in leading and managing NetSuite implementations, OR a track record of leading/participating in 15+ multi-phase NetSuite ERP projects, covering all aspects from planning and delegation to process flow discovery, functional/technical design, training, testing, go-live support, and project management
- Proven expertise in business process analysis and solution design
- Proven ability to efficiently oversee multiple projects, schedules, and tasks concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and optimal results
- Experience with NetSuite Field Service or other field service solutions (e.g., Salesforce Field Service, ServiceMax).
- Fluency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field from an accredited university
- NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant
