Salla is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Multimedia Designer to join our team. As a Senior Multimedia Designer at Salla, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and interactive multimedia content.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop multimedia solutions that effectively communicate our brand and engage our target audience across various digital platforms.
The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in multimedia design, including animation, video editing, graphic design, and interactive experiences.
Responsibilities:
Design and Animation:
- Create high-quality graphics and animations for various social media platforms (e.g. Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat).
- Develop visual content for social media campaigns, including motion graphics, and video content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency and quality across all visual outputs.
- Transform abstract concepts and information into visually appealing and clear designs.
Social Media Expertise:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices globally and apply these trends to their content.
- Develop original, innovative animations for social media platforms, including videos and GIFs that align with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Utilize analytics to assess the effectiveness of social media content and refine creative strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Multimedia Designer or a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in multimedia design
- Proficiency in multimedia software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience in video editing, animation, and graphic design
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and interactive design principles is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
