Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments across multiple geographical locations and time zones;
Provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex server issues, and manage Windows Server changes including patch management and disaster recovery;
Utilize Powershell to automate identified repetitive tasks, analyze and interpret data, and resolve complex problems;
Collaborate with the team to improve system performance, enhance security, and ensure SLA uptime;
Support new projects by working with various teams to deliver timely and successful solutions for our customers;
Manage Microsoft Azure Intune and Defender for Endpoint;
Conduct operations and maintenance tasks for various Windows services;
Develop comprehensive documentation of IT systems and services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Core services such as Active Directory, MSSQL, Group Policies, Roaming Profiles, and Microsoft Configuration Manager;
Expertise in Microsoft Network services including DHCP, DNS, .1x, NPAS;
Experience in File Server Administration (DFS, Shadow copies, etc.);
High proficiency with Powershell and automation; Expertise in Office365 (Azure AD, SharePoint online, Exchange online, Teams, etc.);
Ability to work independently, demonstrating reliability and accountability;
Proficient English language skills at least at B2 level;
Ability to work from office premises and availability for calls 24/7;
