Senior Motion Designer

We're looking for a Sr Motion Designer to join the motion community to work on some of the biggest brands in the world. Reporting to our Sr Creative Director, this is an amazing opportunity to partner with a team with next level creative experience. Through our content we really have a huge platform to help shape trends and culture and we would love to find more talented motion designers to help us grow our team.

How we'd describe the day-to-day:

• Daily huddles with your project team and interaction throughout the day within project teams.
• Reoccur huddles within the design community.
• Monthly meetings with the Creative and Experience Network.
• Opportunities to bring your creative ideas to the table through brainstorms and slack.
• The ability to learn on the job and progress your skills.
• Layers of support from design subject matter experts, a designated Personal Support Network and dedicated mentor program to help you with career progression, daily and overall well being.

• Advanced English and Spanish
• Previous background of working in an agency or brand environment, 4+ years.
• Communication skills with creative team, clients and Project Managers.
• Must be an expert in After Effects and proficient across Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator with an understanding of graphic design, layout and typography.
• 3D skills (Cinema 4D, Blender). AR (Spark AR, Snapchat, TikTok).
• Knowledge of the Red Giant Suite.
• Basic audio editing capabilities.
• Motion storytelling for social content (rhythms, trends, best use of formats).
• Take briefs, analyze and implement under the guidance of a Director, to deliver assets of a high-quality standard.
