Lead AI/ML Initiatives: Spearhead advanced AI/ML research and development projects, driving innovation in areas such as LLMs for customer experience and AI-driven fraud prevention.

Develop Predictive Models: Architect, train, and deploy predictive models that optimize customer experiences and security measures, impacting millions globally.

Mentor and Guide Teams: Provide technical leadership to junior engineers and data scientists, offering mentorship in model development, optimization, and experimentation.

Evaluate and Deploy AI Models: Design and evaluate the performance of cutting-edge AI models, algorithms, and techniques, utilizing both real-world datasets and simulated environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or similar role, with a proven track record of designing and deploying models at scale.
- Strong knowledge of deep learning models and advanced model architectures, including transformers, CNNs, RNNs, and LSTMs.

Expertise in cloud-based infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure), with hands-on experience deploying and scaling AI models in production environments.
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

Leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to guide and mentor engineering teams, driving high-quality deliverables.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on real-time AI/ML applications in high-scale, high-security environments.
