An exciting position has become available for a Senior Mergers and Acquistion Analyst to join our team based in Downtown Chicago. We are looking for a future leader who wants to grow their career in a dynamic growing healthcare organization. This is a HYBRID role- 3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions – actively participate in end-to-end M&A processes, from direct sourcing of acquisition target all the way through financial modeling, due diligence, negotiations, and close.
  • Integration – key player in pre- and post-close integration planning across all corporate functions, liaise with senior leadership team and their direct reports for strategy planning and execution.
  • Reporting – prepare investment memoranda and quality of earnings reports to be presented to senior leadership team and Board of Directors.
  • Strategic Finance – contribute to commercial analyses for non-M&A opportunities, financing projects, commercial negotiations, strategic mandates, etc.,
  • Research – develop market research mapping, competitive business intelligence, understand landscape across core market and adjacencies.
  • Other Support – assist across large corporate projects and other related mandates as they arise.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another related field
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a M+A, Corporate Development or Financial Analysis role
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Organized and works well in a team environment
  • Open to domestic travel up to 15%
