We are looking a Sr Manager, Business Analytics to build and accelerate our analytical capabilities for pet insurance, offering the unique opportunity to deliver foundational business impact using personalized customer and market insights to scale our long-term strategy. This role will build frameworks and produce insights that identify, segment and route qualified prospective customers to our insurance offerings, while driving efficient customer acquisition and improving understanding of the customer lifecycle. In addition, you will own ad-hoc analysis required to tackle problems for a growing business in an up-and-coming category! Success in this role means you’re comfortable with ambiguity, a self-starter, and enjoy building partnerships with stakeholders to deliver better results for customers.
