ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Main function to manage Procurement ERP System support management & Supply Chain Planning Analysis, , through collaborations with Supply Chain Planner, Buyer, IT, Finance and Logistics team
- Manage Material Reporting Dashboard work with user from Design, Development, Testing to Implementation and support with IT, manage, and tracking as system custodian for end users
- Monitor and manage Material Requirements Planning demand supply gaps and issues and escalate for immediate resolution
- Acts to immediately resolve issued on system data discrepancy issue with stakeholders.
- Facilitate Voice of Customer Meetings with End users to confirm requirements and other plans that may impact purchasing requirements
- Perform the work as assigned.
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor degree or higher in any field
- At least 8 years in any Business Administration, Procurement or Supply Chain Management or relevant field
- Fair command of spoken and written English
- Computer literacy
PREFERRED:
- Knowledge in ERP system, reporting systems, Procurement system, Supply Chain, or Logistics is preferred
- Understand basic Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Audit & Requirement
- Working Experience in E&E Industry is preferred
SKILLS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI
- Analytical skill to handle the data analysis
