As a Senior Marketing Project Manager you work within our Marketing Operations team and be responsible for the coordination and execution of global projects, and to optimize existing processes. You build strong partnerships with different stakeholders and teams, internally as well as externally, and play an important role in bringing our efficiency the next level. Your most important responsibility is to drive the Monday.com project, which should manage projects, campaign and program flows within the global marketing organization.
- Engage and run global cross-functional and cross-departmental technical projects, including efficient communication flows and proper risk management
- Drive stakeholder and expectation management in different teams and functions, as well as with top level management
- Take on workflow process development and optimization, and implement best practices
- Support our marketing organization with central project and program management on large strategic projects (PMO)
- Build up tight relationships with all functions; assemble and coordinate the internal and external teams; manage deliverables from each team
- Support marketing contract management, cost optimization, and internal procurement processes to enhance efficiency for our marketing teams
- Go into details and be hands on when needed to timely fulfill project deliverables
- 5+ years project management and technical marketing experience with software or tech companies, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Technical experience with Monday.com, ideally also with other PM solutions
- Strong communicator with excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of a company
- University or college degree (B.A. / B.Sc.) or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German on business level are a plus
- Comprehensive strategic and conceptual thinking, ability to quickly grasp complex interrelationships paired with good analytical skills
- Experience in requirements management, project management and business process analysis is a must
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, successfully handling remote stakeholder relationships
