Our Growth Technology and Operations team is looking for a data-driven Marketing Program Manager to help enable the success of our Marketing programs. The marketing projects you’ll own will help our business scale by driving business metrics. This role is a unique opportunity to help develop plans for testing into our newest marketing technologies, and establish processes and workflows that can scale across all verticals and shape how the Marketing organization makes strategy a reality. You’ll partner closely with marketing and product leadership on goal setting, roadmap execution, project reporting, risk management, and team productivity You’ll be responsible for ensuring alignment across many cross functional teams including Growth Marketing, Creative, Growth Technology, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Research, Member Support, Legal and others to support the successful execution of integrated marketing efforts. We are seeking people who are hungry to learn, thrive in ambiguity and are passionate about taking action in order to get things done quickly and efficiently. You are detail oriented and organized. You proactively look for areas to provide value, and never let little things drop. You excel at building relationships, establishing good communication channels, streamlining processes, and eliminating ambiguity from goals and project plans.
What You’ll Do:

It’s all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary for this role is $178,000, plus equity and benefits.
