Senior Marketing Operation Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for an operationally focused marketing professional to join the Marketing operations team. As a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist focused on Campaign Production, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing our marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution, delivery, and performance tracking. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of critical automation technologies to promote good database hygiene for analytics and sales follow up. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Campaign Execution:
    • Support demand generation campaign owners by processing lead lists through Marketo/SFDC and setting up marketo programs
    • Manage Marketo email creation tasks by creating the necessary marketo assets and coordinating with requesters on feedback
    • Support the web team by connecting new offers deployed on the website to Marketo and SFDC and testing lead flow
  • Data Management and Analysis:
    • Optimize the database for targeted and personalized campaigns through auditing and improving persona mapping and lead-to-account matching
    • Maintain marketing funnel accuracy by evaluating KPIs and addressing errors related to the marketing attribution tool
    • Monitor lead routing and collaborate with IT and Sales Operations to address routing errors
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct thorough quality checks on all campaign materials and assets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to campaign execution.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 7 Years of experience in a marketing operations or relevant role
  • Data driven and passionate about marketing tools and technology
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Experience with running ad hoc reports in marketing automation platforms and CRM
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting and minor adjustments to digital assets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in campaign execution and data analysis.
  • Cybersecurity awareness and understanding of industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
