Team Summary
The Marketing VAS (Value Added Services) Senior Manager will be a key part of the Client Marketing team and report to Head of Client Marketing for INSA. The Marketing VAS Sr Manager will be responsible for delivering strategic and tactical marketing value to our key clients in India & South Asia by actively promoting VISA’s Marketing Value Added Services & Solutions. Working closely with the Client Marketing team, the CRM teams, the Business Development teams, MS& A teams and VISA Consulting teams, to develop and propose unique solutions that deliver growth for VISA and VISA’s clients and partners.
The Marketing VAS Sr Manager will lead and design Marketing VAS proposals to clients and partners, forecast and manage the VAS opportunity pipeline, participate in regional business updates and work closely with the regional Partner Marketing Services Team to ensure the effective delivery of revenue and margins.

Strategy and Planning:
The role will be responsible to develop and implement a comprehensive Marketing VAS strategy for clients aligned with their overall business goals
The role will be responsible for developing deeper client partnerships and generating new revenue streams by providing Marketing VAS including marketing insight, data-driven marketing methodologies and marketing consulting services
The role will be responsible for Marketing VAS client engagements and project proposals in partnership the respective Business Development and Account Leads.
Campaign management:
The role will be responsible to develop and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end to promote VAS offerings
The person should have an understanding of Digital marketing, social media, and other offline channels to increase awareness and adoption of Marketing VAS.
Partnerships and Collaboration:
The role will work with Visa Consulting & Business Development Teams to invest client incentives or investments into solutions based on Marketing VAS capabilities with the objective of driving acquisition, activation, usage and retention.
The role will work closely with with cross-functional teams, Sales, legal, controllership and finance teams, locally and regionally, to ensure the effective delivery of revenue and margins associated to the Marketing VAS commitments.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
The role will be responsible for managing and reporting the revenue pipeline, project status, successes and challenges related to Marketing Value Added Services to the Client Marketing Head and to the local and regional Finance teams
The role will oversee all administrative deliveries related to client marketing project management and VAS including and not limited to procurement processes, contract management and VIK process management

What you will need:
• Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in a services marketing team, ideally (but not specifically) from similar industries such as Financial Services, Technology or FinTech
• Marketing strategy and campaign management, particularly in digital and partnership
• Demonstrated selling skills and client engagement skills
• Analytical skills to establish, track and improve KPIs and return on investment and other measurement tools
• Proficient in excel functions including PivotTables, VLOOKUP
• Negotiation skills
