About the Role:

TodayTix Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, North America to play a strategic and executional role across our emerging TodayTix markets outside of NYC. The ideal candidate is collaborative, analytical, creative, and resourceful, with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in selling arts and culture. 

Reporting to the Head of North America, you will be responsible for supporting our integrated marketing and building brand presence across North America, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, and Washington, DC.  You'll be at the forefront of our mission, orchestrating multifaceted marketing strategies that captivate audiences and drive business growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to craft and execute campaigns that resonate across digital, social, traditional, and experiential channels, ensuring cohesive messaging and maximum impact.

Please note: this is a full-time position and qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York City area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week. 

What You'll Do:

  • Skillfully navigate core opportunities for TodayTix’s North American business including brand building, growth marketing, and member retention.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, managing the marketing budget across key US markets to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This includes the following:
  • -Media planning to hit business goals
  • -Large-scale campaign promotional planning, like Theatre Weeks, Cyber, etc.
  • -Partner or venue-specific advertising campaigns across the US
  • -Product marketing for the leading app in this space
  • Lead a squad of Growth Marketing SMEs for the regions (e.g., Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates, SEO, CRM, etc) to drive efficient performance, understand channel insights, iterative audience targeting, ongoing optimization, and brand building.
  • Ideate and test new marketing channels to effectively grow member base and build TodayTix brand in regional markets, including owning the execution of non-performance channels (e.g., OOH, CTV, Influencer, Audio, etc.).
  • Collaborate with CRM and merchandising lead within the North America team to drive retention and reactivation efforts, constantly optimizing lifecycle marketing opportunities
  • Analyze information across markets, channels, and audiences, surfacing trends, insights, and proactive recommendations to fuel campaign performance and top/bottom line growth
  • Partner closely with cross-functional colleagues, including Partnerships, Growth, Merchandising, Brand, Creative Studio, Product, and Analytics to achieve success and drive growth.
  • Support the development of new brand partnerships with local venues, non-profits, and other organizations, which align with TodayTix goals
  • As needed, collaborate with internal Brand and external PR partners to maximize exposure
  • Sync with marketing leaders in other TTG markets (NYC, Australia, London) to understand performance and testing plans; leverage insights to find global synergies where applicable.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms and technologies to inform marketing strategies and tactics

We're Looking for Someone With:

  • 5+ years of integrated marketing experience, ideally with strong preference for background  in theatrical promotion and/or product marketing 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and use them to inform decision-making
  • Demonstrable understanding of the nuances of selling arts and culture in regional markets, as well as demand generation in this space
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the willingness to get scrappy and creative
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for live events, a plus!
